Qieshi Zhang (Ph.D., Waseda University) is a Senior Engineer and doctoral supervisor at the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Shenzhen “Peacock” program overseas talent. Formerly a special researcher at Waseda and a JSPS research fellow, his interests include intelligent driving, robotics, and action recognition. He has led or participated in 20+ projects, filed 60+ patents, published 100+ papers, and received multiple awards including Shenzhen Science and Technology prizes and the Wu Wenjun AI Science and Technology Award.

Jing Ji is a Professor and doctoral supervisor at Xidian University, and Deputy Director of the Provincial Key Laboratory of Information Perception Mechanics. He holds a B.S. from Nankai University and a Ph.D. in Engineering from Waseda University. His research focuses on MEMS sensors and sensing systems. He has led multiple national and provincial projects (including major foundation and innovation-zone programs), received international society awards and a provincial first-class university technology award as first recipient, published over 50 papers in journals such as Biosensors & Bioelectronics, Talanta, Optics Express, JJAP, and IEEE Sensors, and holds 20+ patents/IP rights. He is a senior member of the Chinese Micronano Society, an editorial board member of Inertial Technology Journal, and a member of IEEJ, SICE and JSAP.
