Summary

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) encompass many conditions affecting the bone, joint, cartilage, muscle, tendon, nerve, and spinal disc. The complexity and heterogeneity of MSDs often pose challenges for clinical diagnosis and treatment, making personalized approaches crucial. Not only do MSDs impact patients' quality of life, but they also carry significant social and economic consequences. This Special Issue of the Journal of Personalized Medicine highlights recent advancements in addressing various MSDs, such as open fractures, knee osteoarthritis, osteomyelitis, and flat foot. As the Guest Editor for this Special Issue, I am privileged to participate in this important work and believe that collaborative efforts are key to enhancing the efficacy of MSD treatment in the future.
