• Modified the first sentence of the Abstract (lines 9-10), as requested by the Academic Editor;
• Appropriately referenced the two Figures in the text (see lines 472-473 for Figure 1 and 568-569 for Figure 2), as requested by the second reviewer.
• Spell checked and introduced minor corrections of English language and style (by placing or removing commas and articles, splitting a couple of long sentences, converting some lowercases to uppercases, etc), as requested. All changes can be highlighted by activating the Track Changes option in the Word document.
