We appreciate the valuable feedback provided by your review, which has significantly improved the quality and clarity of our work. We have carefully addressed all your comments and suggestions, incorporating necessary changes, revisions to the content, and additional supporting data.

Specifically, we have enhanced the background section by incorporating more recent epidemiological figures from the latest World Health Organization report on tuberculosis. Furthermore, in response to the suggestion for better clarity in the results section, we have added an additional table and a figure to provide a more comprehensive representation of the data. Additionally, we have diligently rectified grammatical and expression errors throughout the manuscript, as well as restructured certain sections to simplify the phrasing, as recommended.

We believe that these revisions have significantly strengthened our manuscript, aligning it with the high standards of the Genes Journal. We are confident that our study contributes valuable insights to the field and will be of interest to the journal's readership.
