This paper adresses a technical, yet interesting question. The introduction provides the reader with adequate references and the overall quality of the article is good. Some points to be corrected:
- Please indicate "Lemma" or "Theorem" prior to state the claim.
- p3, l 57. "Then there exists such .... that" -> seems to be "Then there exists .... such that".
- o4, l68, second line of the proof. A $N$ subscript is missing, since you are dealing with the finite dimensional subspace.
