Reviewer 2 Report
In this paper, the authors found that the overall accuracy of the prediction models was moderate. However, the model-selected treatments was associated with reduced treatment failure rates compared with treatments as usual. Future prospective clinical trials investigating the effectiveness of the individualized pharmacological treatment strategies are warranted to validate our findings. Overall, this paper is well written and the topic is both interesting and important. I would like to ask the authors to convert the tables into figures for better visualization of the results. Also, the language should be revised for better understanding. I will recommend the paper to the editors after revision.
Author Response
Dear Reviewer,
Thanks for your positive feedback.
We try to convert our table into figure; however, I found it would miss some importnat information. Therefore, I think maybe the table format is adequate.
In addition, I invite professional English editor to improve our manuscripts. I think the revised manuscript would be markedly improved.
