- their fever has resolved for a consecutive 48-h period without any medication to reduce their fever or
- stable patients even though they still require supplemental oxygen supposing oximetry self-monitoring due to limited hospital resources according to NIH discharge criteria for COVID-19 patients and Hellenic guidance for COVID-19 pneumonia diagnosis.
