Reviewer 2 Report

The manuscript might be interesting. However, it is extremely hard to read, it seems that the submitted version is not the final one, lacking editing and organization.

I suggest major revision as follows:

Abstract: Methods: Add the treatments, number of volunteers belongs to the methods, not results." The following sentence very hard to read and seems like information about the treatment is missing. : "There was sustained, highly significant decrease over months of lesion counts 24 and other efficacy markers, associated with significant decrease of global micro-comedones quantity on CSSS."

Introduction: Long sentences, and it is hard to understand the aim of each sentence. Need extensive English editing

May be if the Authors start with defining the "micro-comedones", then the first paragraph will be clearer.

Typo: Line 56 "In a proof-of-concept study in 23 subjects" should read on 23 subject

Line 72, 72 seems to be a copy-paste that is not revised to suit the context.

The methods are not clear

The study design is appropriate, and the findings are interesting

More than one font is used throughout the manuscript. Please be consistent.

I think the final editing and revising step is missing, again making the manuscript very difficult to read and understand

Line 131, the paragraph cannot be started with "54"

Figures. All of them need to be revised, renumbered. A total mess!!!! The captions are written twice before and after the figure. Figure 2 Figure 3 the Figure 2????

References are relevant but need to be organized properly
