Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

  1. How many samples were detected in the DSC for each considered alloys. Please explain in the text of section 2. Some data on results errors should be add to paper.
  2. More information about DSC procedure must be add to paper e.g. heat and cool rate of sample.
  3. Example DSC curves should be presented in the paper e.g.: one for binary and one quaternary system.
  4. Authors wrote that Co2Nb phase was detected in the Co-10Al-2Nb-5Mo alloy by other authors, but reference are not given in the text (last sentence before table 2).

Reviewer 2 Report

Co–Al–Nb–Mo system is an important heat resistant alloy, it is mainly used in turbine engines. The understanding on its phase diagram is beneficial for the control of its mechanical and physical properties. The paper focuses on the phase transition of this system, the study is of  significance. Also, it is presented by proper form and language.

A small shortcoming is that the references 12 and 13 occur  before 1-11. Its sequence should be modified.
