Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Review of the paper "Effective photoluminescence imaging of bubbles in hBN-encapsulated WSe2 monolayer"

This paper present a study of photoluminescence properties in presence of interfacial bubbles unintentionally created during the transfer of atomically thin 2D layers by encapsulating a WSe2 monolayer in hBN.

In my opinion the paper can be oublished in this status. The results are well presented and the paper content is quite interesting.

Reviewer 2 Report

This is a very well-written paper on a very interesting topic. The idea is very good the professionalism of performing the measurements and interpreting the results are very high. In my view, this manuscript should accepted as it stands now. Congratulations to the authors.
