Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Paper is sound as scientific one with impact on Thailand and closed neighbours. As whole paper, it could be mathc as standard paper. From point of view of formal requirements, I found errors in work with references:

all references must be modify according to journal conditions (some sources start with FIRST NAME instead of SURNAME, and is problem to orientate in the structure)

there are no quotations for source BATE, 1995 (line 484)

there are no source for quotations Office the Higher Education comission (line 78, 85); Lyon, Lumpkin, Dess, 2000 (line 183); Wang, Ahmed, 2004 (line 186);Decarlo, 1997 (line 319)

According to sources, there could be apply more newer and scientific sources.

Reviewer 2 Report

The authors provided only literature of construct measurements, but no literature on how these hypotheses were developed. The section of Research Method needs to be improved for publication.

Reviewer 3 Report

The subject of the study is maybe not very original. However, it is very interesting and practical, not only for researchers, but also for practicioners. The introduction provides sufficient background but it should be filled in more actual and significant literature, especially in case of leadership characteristics (for e.g. P.F. Drucker, J. Adair, C.K. Prahald); entrepreneurial orientation. In my opinion the study will be also more interesting if the Authors provide more detail information about China and Taiwan's good practises "as they are both regarded as countries that emphasize the importance of university innovation, and the have been accelerating cooperative development between universities and businesses so they can successfully produce innovative products" (see lines: 42-45). The reaserch design is appropriate. All the methods are adequately described and the results are clearly presented. I have also no comments to the conclusions: they are supported by the results. Moderate English changes are required.
