Reviewer 2 Report

Method, analysis and discussion are adequate. Never the less, justification for country ( Yemen) and sector ( manufacturing- SMEs) need to be provided. Please provide the survey instrument used in an Appendix.

Original contribution to existing literature needs to be clarified as well as implications from the study. Relational Capital has not been adequately explained and its selection as moderating variable needs to be explained better.

Round 2

Reviewer 2 Report

Thank you for undertaking the revisions.  The article has improved immensely. The moderating variable is now more  clearly  explained. The implications section needs improvement. Your suggestion that government should intervene to improve customer relationship management does  not really make much sense. Perhaps this should be changed to provision of training for SMEs to be able to undertake improvements in customer relationship management.

Thank you.
