Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This is a study that suggests the direction of the creation of a 'smart retirement village' according to the aging population. It is judged that the following items need to be supplemented. 1. Add content about the need for SVR In order to prepare for the rapidly progressing aging population, smartization of existing villages, rather than the creation of SVR, may be selected as a more appropriate method. In other words, it may be better to find a way to transform an existing village rather than create a new village. It is recommended to add the significance of this study to the introduction to defend against such logic. 2. Question items and methods presented in detail It is relatively difficult for the elderly to utilize and adapt to smart devices. In particular, devices that operate through interaction/learning with smart devices will be more difficult to use. This may have been overlooked because the survey only emphasized its effectiveness. In order to prevent this, the researcher needs to present how the survey was structured. If possible, a questionnaire should also be presented. 3. Case review Rather than existing literature, it is necessary to review and present existing cases according to the type of retirement village. In an actual retirement village, problems may come out in a different direction from what was planned. Please review and present such content as well.
