Reviewer 2 Report

Scientific journals are traditionally thought to be impersonal. But in this case, authors(s) use the first plural to refer to the steps of the methodology.

At the end of the introduction, the following sections of the paper should be mentioned.

“Review on some disruptive innovation models and simulations” should be separated from the introduction and become a Literature review part. Also, LR part must be enriched. Also since there is a review of the term disruptive innovation, I would suggest Schumpeter's work should be mentioned (Schumpeter, J.A. 1942. Capitalism, Socialism, and Democracy, New York: Harper)

There is a lack of methodology section. I believe hypotheses should be included in the methodology section and not separately. In the methodology section, 3. Model setup and 4. Simulation setup should be included too.

Some of the discussion section parts must be included in the results section.

My suggestion: The paper has scientific merit based on an interesting idea of parametrizing innovation dispersion however I would suggest looking at dispersion using machine learning algorithms such as J48 Tree Algorithms,
