Dear Author/s

The manuscript concerns increasing employee involvement in the Indonesian logistics and shipping industry. The role of the democratic leadership style is particularly appreciated. A simple method based on a survey questionnaire was used in the manuscript. I have the following doubts:

1. The research gap is not clearly described. So is the research problem. Since Indonesia has the highest degree of "Most Chilled Out Countries", do not workers' attitudes largely determine behavior? And applying the same management style in Indonesia and another country may produce different results.

2. I miss the characteristics of the respondents and enterprises. The differences will certainly result from the age of the employees. The "Z" generation has a different approach to work. Therefore, I have doubts about the generalization of results for the entire logistics industry.

3. The logistics industry is broad, and management may also depend on the type of activity, i.e. forwarding, warehouses, transport, etc. Therefore, generalizing the results for the entire industry may not be entirely appropriate either.

4. There should be a questionnaire in the attachment.

5. Recommendations and implications require more detail.

6. Limitations of the studies performed should be described

Dear Author,

Thanks for your answers.  The manuscript in this form is clearer and of better quality.

I propose to use only the percentage in the description of the results, without the numbers.  It is a repetition of the data from the table.

In addition, I suggested that you describe the limitations better, referring to my previous comments.
