Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Dear Authors,

The selected research topic is highly intriguing and well-organized in this article. The references provided are current and pertinent to the subject matter. Furthermore, the conclusions drawn align with the evidence and arguments in the manuscript. Here are several suggestions that could potentially enhance the overall quality of the paper:

1.      In the methodology equations 2 and 3 are not very well understood, could you offer a better explanation? Isn't there currently an error?

2.      Yes, employees and employers are economic agents, but be clear in the text that when you use the term "economic agent" who do you mean?  Whether you are writing about 'employers' or 'employees' is sometimes confusing. In doing so, you use a lot of synonyms and then the reader gets lost e.g.:” entrepreneurs“or “consumers” or “producers (employee??)” or “workers” or “owners of businesses unit” or  ”consumers”. Simplify it and make it clearer.

3.      Government support always has a multiplier effect, where is it included in your model?

4.      Highlight more of your authors’ contributions.

5.       Are there any limitations of the research (not only the models)? What specific recommendations can be developed based on the study results? Add your proposals for improvement for the theory and practice.

6.      Edit the cited sources according to the journal's guidelines.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

General comment: This is highly relevant research, as having a defined method for financial support to companies ensures that the same criteria are applied to all companies, preventing any favoritism. It ensures that resources are correctly allocated to those who truly need them.
