This paper has a good topic which focuses on the development of students and the influence factors of global experience on success, by means of collecting data through survey and interview of samples, and after data analysis, the conclusion was drawn and the multidimensional model was established.This model gives complete and detailed factors affecting success.
I think that the article did not elaborate enough on the acquisition of data analysis data, it would be better that specific questions and sample's answers were shown in the article , so as to establish a user model.According to the answers, establish a quantitative analysis model.In this way, the impact of different factors on success can be reflected in the multidimensional model.
