The paper describes a model for drawing awareness to the ICT awareness of Institutes of Higher Education in a relatively small country, Denmark, so the fact that they engaged 4 disparate IHEs strongly suggests that the model they outlined could be scaled upward toward larger countries that have not yet developed such a model.

The paper is well written and  it was easy to understand what was done by the researchers.

The discussion is very fair and and seems to be in accordance to the data collected.

We found a minor error in page 9 line 32: change von to on.
