1) There is text that is repeated between lines 200 and 206. Please correct.

2) More or less close to line 220, add text to describe the protocol used to obtain free and informed consent, as well as other ethical standards, with the articulation of the content inserted in line 271 (Pseudonyms), creating a coherent text and avoiding address the topic in section 3.1. Participants.

3) One of the contributions of the study is the methodology used and briefly described in lines 262-264. The development of these 3 lines could enhance the perception of the relevance of the study.

4) There is again a repetition of content in lines 279-281. This portion of text could be added to the description of the procedures used.

5) When characterizing the participants in the study, it is not necessary to repeat the name of each one of them, for example, calling them “Sarah”, and then immediately starting a sentence with the name Sarah (lines 290-330). Please simplify.

6) The content in section 3.2. Qualitative Data (lines 336-342) repeats content previously presented, so it can be reorganized into a more complete portion, which also includes a new repetition on the research question (Line 346). Please adjust.

7) In line 407, the reference (National Education Association, 2023) is missing in the final references. Please rectify.

8) In line 713, it is inserted between curved parentheses (para1), not understanding its meaning. Please clarify whether it is a crow.

9) On Line 828, insert the acronym in parentheses (SCDE) after mentioning the South Carolina Department of Education .

I enjoyed reading it, it is an important work for understanding the impact of covid on the burn out of teachers and their intention to leave the profession. This study may contribute to encouraging similar studies to be carried out in other countries, to assess the extent to which the pandemic may or may not have generated similar effects in different countries, with different systems for organizing educational provision. In this sense, the study represents a good contribution to this field of studies.
