Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsThis comment study is very important to highlight the potential limitations of the review reporting in the childhood obesity field. We applaud the authors' contributions of the critical comments on Ginell's re-analysis of Nally's systematic review and meta-analysis on the effectiveness of school-based interventions in changing BMI and obesity-related behaviours in primary school children. We suggest to more clearly summarize the key points (e.g. list of the core suggestions or take-home message) at the end of this paper.

Thank you for reviewing our comment and your positive appraisal. As it has been 6 months since we submitted the comment, we re-checked the literature and discovered a new umbrella review on the topic (Rozga & Handu, 2023). This has necessitated some changes to our comment. We have also summarised the key points more clearly. Thank you for considering our revision which we have uploaded as an attachment.
