Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

I would like to thank the authors for the wonderful and relevant work they have done. Neuropathic pain in children is indeed a field that requires much more research done and this work sums up very well the current gap of knowledge there is in literature but also clinical practice. It provides a picture of the current clinical practice, although the relatively low rate of response.

Reviewer 2 Report

This study is a survey study to evaluate the current international practice of diagnosis and treatment of chronic neuropathic and mixed pain in children. Although the response rate of the questionnaire was low, it was a novel trial to evaluate the diagnosis of neuropathic pain and mixed pain in pediatric patients. In addition, this manuscript is well structured and there is no critical defect for its logical development. It is expected that follow-up studies will be actively conducted based on the results of this study. Therefore, this manuscript could be published in this journal. I am pleased to be offered the opportunity to review this paper. Thank you.
