The manuscript is well written. It is a comprehensive review on adverse events of anesthesia in  pediatric patients. The manuscript provides useful information for anesthesiologists, particularly pediatric anesthesiologists and anesthetists, what are most commonly occurred adverse events when anesthetizing pediatric patients and ways to prevent these adverse events. Reviewer 2 Report

This article is a very interesting literature review about pediatric anesthesia safety.

We can read historical evolution of pediatric perioperative adverse events.

Actual pediatric anesthesia safety topics are clear and complete.

Data from the Society for Pediatric Anesthesia and Wake Up Safe give a good overall picture.

I think that this article helps to focus on major safety concern and gives the means of improving pediatric anesthesia quality.
