Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The paper calls: "Blind Carrier Phase Recovery Using Extended Kalman Filtering in Probabilistically Shaped Coherent Systems" and concerned of way increasing performase of communication systems by optimization varios factors (shaping factor and noise rejection window length) to increase maximum achievable information rate at a variety of SNRs. The advatage of work are actual topic of research and long references list 21 ones.

However is not clear- What software do you use for simulation setup. If this is "hardware" experimental setup why componets marks are absent?  In my opinion this information must be added.
