Article: A framework on the use of agile methods in logistics companies

Thank you for the opportunity to read this paper. The paper presents an interesting topic and relevant discussions. Below are some questions and suggestions.

The study is focused on logistics startup companies, so to make the title of the paper more attractive, I suggest inserting the term "Startup" in the title of the paper. Clearly present in the abstract what the general objective of the study is, as it appears in the introduction. In Figure 3, I suggest removing the "Product Owner" since there were no participants in this category. Regarding Table 2, it is necessary to clarify how these "Level of knowledge on agile methods" were attributed. Include in the conclusions proposals for future studies based on the results achieved in this study.

This article provides with a very good approach to analyze agile approach in companies through Delphi.

However, I would like to see several things improved:

  1. Results of Delphi must be thoroughly presented and challenged in terms of statistics tests. This way it looks like a black box and it is impossible to judge on the overall presentation of results
  2. Results of this research must be challenged with other papers in the Discussions section, are there any examples of Delphi used to analyze agile processes?
  3. Please reduce the number of Figures in the paper and display only most important ones
  4. add some references from the Journal within three years, connected to this topic

Round 2

Reviewer 2 Report

The article has been improved in order with the comments.

However, my first comment still stands, please see some relevant research regarding delphi statistical analysis, and how to display results. Having 29 experts is not small at all, but you must prove that their answers contributed in an unbiased way, and that there exists a consensus between them. All of this can be performed on statistics, so please put some more effort to get this done, if possible.

Author Response

Thank you for your renewed comment and thought. In the context of this study, the Delphi approach was not used to reach consensus. The main objective was to collect expert views on the use of agile methods in logistics. In the systematic literature review conducted beforehand, a large research gap was identified, which should be reduced by the views of the experts interviewed.
