Figure 2: Legend is missing.

Figure 6: Necessary to edit the text in the top left corner.

Figure 7: necessary to increase the size of the figures.

Figure 8: You could increase the size and make it 1-page wide.

Figure 9: This figure might be better suited as graphical abstract, although it does not contain the part of the synthesis of the liquid nanoclay. Otherwise, the Figure is extremely simple, and this information might be better described in the text using bullet points.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

This paper provides a comprehensive overview of nanoclay synthesis and its application in desert agriculture. It also discusses how nanoclay can aid in climate change mitigation and outlines its limitations in desert agriculture. I appreciate the authors' efforts in pointing out future directions and making recommendations. I recommend revisions for the following reasons:

 1. The abstract contains too much information on nanoclay synthesis and not enough on its application. Additionally, it lacks a clear perspective on its impact on desert agriculture.

2. Figure 6 needs to be revised for clarity and accuracy. Ensure that the figure is clear and accurately represents the concept.

 3. Conclusion reads more like a discussion of future work. It should highlight the key contributions and findings of this review paper.

 4. Author Contributions was not well prepared. needs to be carefully prepared to accurately reflect each author's contribution to the paper.

 5. The references are not in a uniform format. They need to be thoroughly revised according to the journal's requirements.

Comments on the Quality of English Language

Overall, the quality of English in this paper is ok, but some areas require improvement for better clarity, coherence, and readability. For example, the abstract is quite dense and could be simplified to improve readability. Some sentences are overly long and complex. Breaking them into shorter sentences can improve understanding.
