Reviewer 2 Report

The manuscript described the method to potentially reduce the immunogenecity of a plant-derived toxin by pure computations, which was helpful to guide the following-up experimental validations. There were some typos and grammatical mistakes.

Author Response

We sincerely acknowledge the reviewer for commenting on enhancing clarity and typographical errors.

The clarification for sentences that the reviewer mentioned has been done in the manuscript (refer to sections 3.1 and 3.3). The manuscript was carefully revised and checked to omit typographical errors and grammatical mistakes.
