MDPI Thailand is pleased to welcome Mahasarakham University (MSU) as the latest member of MDPI’s Institutional Open Access Program (IOAP). Building on the success of our partnerships in Thailand, MSU is the third local partner since the launch of the MDPI Bangkok Office.
Through this agreement, MSU-affiliated researchers will benefit from an IOAP discount on article processing charges (APCs) across all MDPI journals. The university will also gain access to our online submission system (SuSy), where researchers can find full article metadata and pricing information, ensuring easy identification and greater transparency. We hope MSU researchers will find this program valuable, as it is designed to enhance the visibility and accessibility of their scholarly work.
The agreement was formalized following discussions between the MDPI Bangkok Office and representatives from MSU. Both parties look forward to further collaboration opportunities, including but not limited to academic publishing workshops, journal publishing, conferences, media partnerships, and recruitment initiatives.
MSU now joins more than 900 institutions worldwide in partnering with MDPI through IOAP. We encourage universities across Thailand to explore the benefits of IOAP and collaborate with MDPI in supporting open science.
We look forward to welcoming more institutions to our IOAP network. For inquiries about the MDPI IOAP program in Thailand, please contact the MDPI Bangkok Office at bangkok@mdpi.com.
