Recruiting Editorial Board Members for New Sections in Beverages
To specifically develop different research areas and attract more high-quality papers, we are pleased to announce the following sections in Beverages:
- Beverage technology fermentation and microbiology;
- Wine and spirits;
- Sensory analysis of beverages;
- Quality, Nutrition, and Chemistry of Beverages.
We are now recruiting Editorial Board Members (EBMs) for these sections. If you are an active researcher in one of the aforementioned fields and are passionate about publishing cutting-edge research, please do not hesitate to get in touch ([email protected]). Editorial Board Members have the following responsibilities:
- Making decisions on whether a manuscript can be accepted or not, based on the reports we collect;
- Reviewing a small number of papers per year;
- Acting as a Guest Editor of a Special Issue on a topic related to your research interests;
- Promoting journal Beverages and increasing its visibility at related academic conferences.
Beverages (ISSN 2306-5710) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal on beverage research and development, published online quarterly by MDPI. It is indexed and abstracted in the emerging sources citation index (ESCI) and Scopus.
