Dr. Philippe Leclère Appointed Section Editor-in-Chief of “Solar Energy and Photovoltaic Systems” in Energies

Dr. Philippe Leclère received a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Liège (Belgium) in 1994. He is currently Research Director of the Belgian National Fund for Scientific Research (FRS–FNRS). He has also been a visiting scientist at the Institute of Complex Molecular Systems at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) since 2003. His research interests mostly deal with characterization by means of the scanning probe microscopy techniques of morphology and the nanoscale mechanical and electrical properties of materials (i.e., polymers, nanocomposites, organic and hybrid supramolecular (nano)structures, constructed by self-assembly of functional (macro)molecules). He is (co)author of over 200 papers and many chapter books in international peer-reviewed journals.

We warmly welcome Dr. Philippe Leclère in taking up his role as Section Editor-in-Chief, and we look forward to him leading Energies to achieve many more milestones.
