Nutrients special issue "Advances in Sports Nutrition" published 10 papers

Editors select a small number of articles recently published in the journal that they believe will be particularly interesting to readers, or important in the respective research area. The aim is to provide a snapshot of some of the most exciting work published in the various research areas of the journal.

Nutrients just published a special issue on "Advances in Sports Nutrition". There are 10 high quality papers, including 3 review articles and 7 research articles.
The guest editor, Dr. Jonathan Peake from Queensland University of Technology said: "Over the past 30 years, sport nutrition has emerged not only as a key component of training and competition for athletes, but also as a genuine scientific discipline. The purpose of this special issue is to provide a summary of contemporary issues and invite contributions that describe new insights into managing nutrition for athletes."
