Journal of Fungi | Collaboration with the Spanish Phytopathological Society

In December 2021, the Journal of Fungi (JoF, ISSN: 2309-608X) established a new collaboration with the Spanish Phytopathological Society (SEF). As part of this collaboration, all affiliated SEF members will enjoy a discount on the Article Processing Charges (APC) when submitting articles to the JoF.

The Spanish Phytopathological Society (SEF) is an association of professionals working in the field of plant pathology that aims to:

• Promote, facilitate, integrate, and disseminate knowledge in the different areas of plant pathology;
• Foster actions which enhance research and academic teaching in the field of plant pathology in Spain, as well as direct actions contributing to disease control;
• Facilitate interactions among Spanish plant pathologists, as well as with experts from other related fields;
• Establish relationships with allied societies from Spain or elsewhere.

JoF provides an advanced forum for studies related to pathogenic fungi, fungal biology, and all other aspects of fungal research. The journal publishes reviews, regular research papers, and communications in quarterly issues. The journal is covered by leading indexing services, including the Science Citation Index Expanded (Web of Science), Scopus, and other relevant databases.
