Photonics | Seeking Cooperation with Academic Conferences

Photonics (ISSN: 2304-6732) released its inaugural issue in 2014 and is now published monthly. From the very start, Photonics has aimed to provide a professional publishing service to the scientific community and has strived toward the effective dissemination of high-quality scientific work.

In order to support the scientific community and contribute to the faster distribution of important scientific research, Photonics has cooperated with various academic conferences. For more details, please visit the following events website: https://www.mdpi.com/journal/photonics/events.

Photonics is now seeking cooperation with additional academic conferences and is open to a diverse range of collaborations, such as media partnerships, awards, exhibitions, and publications, among others.

Photonics is an international, scientific, peer-reviewed, open access journal based on research on the science and technology of optics and photonics, published monthly online by MDPI, indexed within Scopus, SCIE (Web of Science), Inspec, CAPlus/SciFinder, and many other databases. The new impact factor of Photonics has increased to 2.676. On the Web of Science, Photonics ranks 37th out of 99 (Q2) in the category “Optics”.

The scope of Photonics includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Biophotonics, biomedical optics, and medical optics;
  • Semiconductor photonics and optoelectronics;
  • Nanotechnology and nanostructures in optics;
  • Quantum optics, quantum computing, and applications;
  • Photonic materials and technology;
  • Metamaterials, plasmonics, and nanophotonics;
  • Integrated optoelectronics and integrated optics;
  • Photonics device and technologies;
  • Optical communications and systems;
  • Nonlinear and ultrafast optics;
  • Imaging systems and holography;
  • Computational photonics and nanostructures;
  • Photonics for energy and green technologies;
  • Fundamentals and applications of photonics/optics;
  • Photon–electron–phonon interaction in nanostructures;
  • Physics and simulation: material properties, device technologies, and integrated systems.

We welcome consultations with any conferences related to optics and photonics. If you are interested in collaborating with Photonics, please contact us at [email protected].
