Recruiting Editorial Board Members for Medicina


To meet the demands of Medicina's rapid growth, as well as to guarantee the publication of high-quality articles and their free distribution within the community, we are recruiting academic editors worldwide to join our Editorial Board.   • Pharmaceutical science and pharmacology.

As an Editorial Board Member, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Prescreening submissions and making decisions on whether they should be accepted for processing;
  • Suggesting interesting topics in your research field;
  • Editing a Special Issue on a topic related to your research;
  • Publishing/inviting/recommending one paper free of charge per year;
  • Promoting Medicina and increasing its visibility at related academic conferences. 

Journal information
Published since 1920, Medicina (ISSN: 1648-9144) is a peer-reviewed monthly scientific journal of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Lithuanian Medical Association, Vilnius University, Rīga Stradiņš University, the University of Latvia, and the University of Tartu.

The journal’s main focus is on reviews as well as clinical and experimental investigations. The journal aims to advance knowledge related to problems in medicine in developing countries as well as developed economies, to disseminate research on global health, and to promote as well as foster the prevention and treatment of diseases worldwide. Medicina publications cater to clinicians, diagnosticians, and researchers, and serve as a forum in which to discuss the current status of health-related matters in addition to their impact on a global and local scale.
