Designs (ISSN: 2411-9660) is now recruiting Editorial Board Members (EBMs). If you are an active researcher in the field and passionate about publishing cutting-edge research, or if you could recommend potential candidates, please contact the Designs Editorial Office ([email protected]) to apply for this role.

Designs is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes research focused on a wide range of engineering design disciplines and industrial applications, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, civil engineering, mechatronics, aerospace engineering, bioengineering, energy engineering, industrial engineering and manufacturing systems.

The responsibilities of Designs Editorial Board Members include the following:

  • Supervising the editorial process, including prescreening submissions and making final decisions on whether papers can be accepted;
  • Choosing to edit a Special Issue on a topic related to your research, or recommending potential topics and Guest Editors;
  • Promoting Designs and published papers among your peers or at conferences that you attend or organize.
