Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

We are excited to announce a Special Issue of the journal focused on CART therapy in pediatric practice. We invite you to submit original research, reviews, and case reports on the use of CART in the treatment of relapsed or refractory COVID-19-positive leukemias and lymphomas.

CART therapy has revolutionized immunotherapy in the last decade, with a higher impact in pediatric practice, B precursor ALL being the most frequent malignant disease in this population. CART therapy has shown promising results in improving the outcome of patients with relapsed/refractory B ALL. With the advancement of technology and the introduction of new CART products, there is an increasing interest in the use of CART therapy in pediatric hematology.

We welcome contributors that highlight innovative approaches, challenges and outcomes related to the use of CART in pediatric practice. Your submission could significantly contribute to the understanding and advancement of this field.

We look forward to your contributions,

Dr. Anca Colita
Guest Editor
