The selection committee was chaired by the Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Dr. Spas D. Kolev, and supported by Prof. Dr. Dionysios (Dion) Demetriou Dionysiou, Prof. Dr. Terry Hébert, Prof. Dr. Arwyn Tomos Jones, Prof. Dr. Annarosa Gugliuzza, Prof. Dr. Chu Yang Tang and Prof. Dr. Jega Veeriah Jegatheesan. Each examined a paper and expressed their preferences in the ranking of the “Membranes Best Paper Award” 2017.
