The integration of advanced navigation systems and autonomous driving technologies into electric vehicles (EVs) is revolutionizing the automotive industry. This Special Issue aims to collect cutting-edge research that explores the latest innovations, challenges, and future directions in navigation and autonomous driving within the context of electric vehicles.
The scope of this Special Issue includes, but is not limited to, the following topics:
- Navigation systems for autonomous electric vehicles;
- Real-time positioning and route planning for EVs;

- Machine learning and AI-based approaches for autonomous navigation;

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Sensors is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
