I have some experience with some MDPI journals, including Antioxidants, and one of the main features to highlight here is the high efficacy in all of the manuscript-processing steps. From the uploading of the first version to the reviewer responses and uploading of the revised version, handling the papers is made extremely easy. Moreover, a second, but no less important aspect, is the speed of either responding to revisions or accepting the manuscript, which is very important for authors. All stages of manuscript management are carried out under continuous e-mail support from the editorial team. In summary, this is an excellent journal with excellent support.

This is my second paper in Antioxidants. In both cases I noticed a constructive and professional team that gave prompt and correct responses, excellence in reviews, and remarks on very relevant points through a rigorous and fast analysis of the submitted manuscripts. The platform for uploading files is easy to use. The revision of resubmitted manuscripts is accomplished in 7–10 days and, once accepted, manuscripts are published in less than a week. The quality of the publication is also a point of satisfaction. The increasing impact factor is also a reason for choosing Antioxidants for the submission of papers of our group.
