Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This paper shows experimental results on the vortex shedding frequency measured behind a bent cylinder. The research methodology is appropriate, well described and rigorously applied. Findings are scientifically sound and supported by data. The paper is properly written.

In short, I recommend the paper for publication as it is.

Reviewer 2 Report

The paper is very well written. The experimental method is well described with all uncertainties and a validation. The results are well discussed and presented. Only few paragraphs should be shortened in the introduction as they present well known informations.
