Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Excellent manuscript! The manuscript touches an important area in NBS since screen positives for C3 are quite common and a portion of it is caused by maternal B12 deficiency. The authors present very nicely the sensitivity and specificity of the test and its implications. There is nothing else that needs to be added, in my opinion.
