Travel Award
Dear Colleagues,
As Editor-in-Chief of Applied Sciences, I am pleased to announce the winners of the 2024 Travel Awards. The awards have been granted to Dr. Salvatore Antonio Biancardo, who will attend the 15th International TRANSBALTICA Conference in 2024; Dr. Seunghun S. Lee, who will attend the World Biomaterials Congress 2024; Dr. Leonardo Bianchi, who will attend the 46th Annual International Conference of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society; Dr. Mustafa Can Gursesli, who plans to attend the IEEE Conference on Games (IEEE CoG); and Dr. Laura Clarizia, who plans to attend the 29th IUPAC Symposium on Photochemistry.
As the awardees, they will each receive CHF 600 and a certificate.
With so many high-quality applicants, the evaluation process and final decision were challenging. We would like to thank all the applicants for submitting their diverse and fascinating research topics. On behalf of the assessment committee, I congratulate the winners on their accomplishments.
