Dear Colleagues,
Novel therapeutic strategies are needed worldwide to meet urgent medical needs. This Special Issue welcomes submissions (review articles and original research papers) on signaling molecules relevant to mechanisms of disease. New signaling pathways are also of interest. In addition, small molecule therapeutic strategies would be a great fit for this Issue as medicinal chemistry can help to deliver chemical probes and aid in our understanding of biology.

All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process.
