Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

The Special Issue is necessary for the scientific community as there are many questions in the industrial chain of tropical fruits. Fresh tropical fruits cannot be stored for longer periods and transported across long distances, and tropical fruit trees usually face serious dangers from the presence of diseases, pests and other natural stresses. Therefore, new cultivars need to be bred to overcome these issues, and the germplasm resources with high fruit storability and strong resistance to various types of the stresses need to be collected, evaluated and developed. At the same time, new culture and storage technique should also be improved. Hence, studies relating tropical fruit quality development and culture technique innovation can be reported in this Special Issue.
