Marking significance in the way you use it is more difficult to understand and can confuse readers.
Amended and corrected states are justified. The work has gone through due process and I believe it will be published in Molecules.

>> thank you very much, highly appreciated. However, applying two-way ANOVA should be presented in that way. All data with two-way ANOVA are shown in the figures to be much easier for the readers.

Relative organ weights need to be expressed as percents, not grams, in Table 3. You also need to define how you calculate relative organ weights
