Reviewer 2 Report

This is an interesting study of the potential application of novel quinazoline derivatives on the skin.

The statistical analysis applied is elementary. I suggest the authors to perform another statistical analysis in order to discuss properly the conclusions. The Student's t test is a very simple and basic statistical analysis.

The references should be updated including the names of the authors, not only et al.
