Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

I had the pleasure of reviewing the manuscript "Impact of Dysfunctional Feed-Forward Inhibition on Glutamate Decarboxylase Isoforms and γ-Aminobutyric Acid Transporters".
The authors have done impressive research, continuing a series of previous investigations. I have no remarks concerning either the design of the experiment or the validity of the results. I would like to make a single correction. In my opinion, the indication of the validity criteria (p-value: * p<0.05, ** p<0.01, *** p<0.001 and **** p<0.0001; line 505-506) is superfluous, since only p<0.05 is encountered in the work.

Reviewer 2 Report

This is really good paper. The manuscript is well written, data are clearly presented, methods properly chosen. Th draft is ready for publication in the current form.
