The authors thank the reviewer for their time and helpful comments on this manuscript, which has been revised taking these comments into account.
1) The conclusion has been rewritten, to better describe the balance between available data and what remains to be discovered and to better highlight need for future work
2) References have been extensively checked and revised in accordance with Journal format requirements. As the reviewer notes, the website reference has now properly been moved to the reference list with appropriate annotation.
3) Alignment of figures has been checked and appears correct in final manuscript, however the authors cannot control changes in alignment that may occur in upload to the Journal's editorial system
4) The abbreviations have been reformatted and line shifts eliminated
5) The entire manuscript has been re-checked and carefully proof read to eliminate previous errors.

Nice and extensive review by the authors. However,
(1) Some sentences in the manuscript were boldened, you need to un-bold those sentences
(2) Carefully read through the manuscript again, there were a lot of places that needs editing, especially correct use of tenses
(3) I strongly recommend that you have a graphical illustration to summarize the whole manuscript

2) The entire manuscript has been reviewed and English syntax checked, including revision of tenses as required.
3) The authors agree that a summary figure is desirable and have explored a number of options prior to submission. It is the intent that Figure 11 serve as such a summary Figure.
