Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The authors reviwed the role of some epigenetic genes in chromosome-12 in testi-tumorigenesis.  The review is well-written and may gain so many interest. However, I have minor suggestions:

-No statistical significance have been mentioned in the review. The study or the referred study must have statistical information (e.g. P-value) of the regulations. I hope that authors provide a table of those stats.

-so many double spaces between words.

-expression of the gene. . => remove one dot

Author Response

Thank you for good suggestions We changed according to the suggestions: For Abstract: We added a sentence for aim and methodology. For p values we added a few p values. For too long interspace between words, we show elimination of the double space. In our reply, we refer to the page and lines in the the IJMS 2140089 version 1 as requested by the editor. See attached our minor changes:

Reviewer 2 Report

The manuscript entitled (Epigenetic Regulation of Driver Genes in Testicular Tumorigenesis) submitted by Eyben et al. presents a review of epigenetic regulation of the driver genes as an important factor for TGCT and for oncology. The introduction and discussion sections are well-presented. References are updated and figures are provided in high resolution and in an informative way. The review can be accepted after minor revisions that may include:

1. The abstract should be modified. The authors should state what they focus on in their review and how they collect their data in brief. (since it is a review article).
