Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The extension of approach, previously developed by authors, for the preparation of  biorelevant non- symmetrical amino gem-bis-phosphorus derivative carrying phosphonate and phosphine oxide residues at the same carbon atom fits well with the style of the Molbank journal.

The paper is well written and I recommend it for the publication.

Reviewer 2 Report

This is really a very good paper that ideally fits the remit of Molbank. I can hardly find any improvement to recommend. I would suggest only two changes:

1. In the name given for cpd 4, change "-triphenylphosphonium-" to "-triphenylphosphonio-" since it is a substituent (lines 86, 88, 110, 133 and 148).

2. Change "resonance shift" to "chemical shift" (lines 128 and 129)
