This paper describes the development of synthetic method and idification of a new heterocycle. The combination of 1,2,4-triazol and 1,2,3-triazol structure is interesting. 

The synthetic procedure and isolation method is very simple. Product is well characterized by IR, NMR,EA and X-ray. The network of hydrogen bonding is cleaed. From these reasons, I conclude this paper is acceptable as a short note of Molbank.

 

Before publication,please consider the following points.

1) In 1H NMR data, Please add coupling constant values for doublet peaks.

2) Mp value is strange, 230-23oC?
